The Huntsville Obedience Training Club (HOTC) welcomes both non-profit organizations, such as animal shelters and animal rescue groups, and commercial vendors to apply for booths at HOTC’s annual Dog Fair.  HOTC does not charge for booth space, however donations are requested from commercial organizations.  Following the conclusion of the Dog Fair, all donations will be divided among shelters and rescue groups at HOTC’s discretion.

Vendors are invited to donate items to HOTC for prize drawings.  Donors should attach a card advertising their business.  As winner's names are drawn, the donor’s name will be announced along with a brief description of the prize.  Prizes will be displayed at the Information Tent prior to the drawings.  For maximum visibility bring your prize donations to the Information Tent as early in the day as possible.

Only booth space will be provided.  Exhibitors will need to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and any other needed items.  Space is limited and once all designated spaces are assigned, you will be notified that your application has been placed on a wait list.  HOTC reserves the right to decline any application.
